Welcome to The Nutrient Architect (the "Site"), operated by SRD Enterprises, trading as The Nutrient Architect and Svierra, registered in the Netherlands (KvK 97954799) ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or buying our products, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Health Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.

1. What we sell. We sell digital educational guides (PDF ebooks and downloads) about nutrition and food. Our content is for general education only and is not medical advice. Please read our Health Disclaimer.

2. Digital products and your right of withdrawal. Our products are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase. Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. However, at checkout you expressly request immediate access and confirm that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download begins. As a result, completed digital purchases are final once the download has started. Please see our Refund Policy.

3. Pricing and payment. Prices are shown in euros (EUR). Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers; we do not store your card details. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order you have already placed.

4. No guaranteed results. Our guides provide information and suggestions for general education. We make no guarantee of any specific health, fitness, or other outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

5. Intellectual property. All content we sell (text, design, recipes, graphics) is owned by us and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or republish the files.

6. Acceptable use. Please don't misuse the site or attempt to access it unlawfully. By purchasing, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

7. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from the use of our information or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

8. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live.
